SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed, order value, and weight/size of the items.
To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:
- Select Proceed to Checkout
- Select or add your shipping address
- Select Continue to Shipping Method
The total shipping & handling cost will be listed under Order Summary.
KrakenPop may offer free shipping on selected items or above a posted order value. This will be clearly posted before you are required to commit to a purchase. KakenPop may cancel free shipping at any time and will contact you if an order you have placed is affected.
SHIPPING AND TRANSIT TIMES
Product will typically leave the warehouse within 2 days. If the product is not available for immediate shipping, it will be noted at the time of purchase or a follow up email will be sent notifying you of the change.
Krakenpop uses USPS and other well-known parcel common carriers. Transit time from our warehouse to the lower 48 states is 2-5 days depending on the distance from our warehouse in Illinois.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WORLDWIDE
KrakenPop does not ship International.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
Refunds – Available for defective items or an incorrect item shipped. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot restock returned items and therefore all sales are final. If item is returned and not defective a 15% restocking fee will be charged to the customer. If item is shown to be defective due to customer abuse there will be no refund and the customer will be required to pay shipping to have the items returned to them.
Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
How to request a Refund or Exchange
1) Email us at ShippingAndReturns@KrakenPop.com Please include the below items in your email:
- Email address used to place the order
- Order Number (if available)
- Items Description, Size, Caliber, Color
- Reason for the return.
2) We will respond with an RA Number and the return shipping address.
** RA's are required for any return or exchanges. There will be a significant delay in refunds and exchanges for shipments returned without an RA.
3) Package up the return/exchange items and mail them to the address provided in our reply. Please make the RA Number noticeable by writing it on the shipping label or on the front of the box. Please email us directly at ShippingAndReturns@KrakenPop.com with any information.
For a Refund:
Once the return is processed, we will contact you and advise of the refund applied back to your credit card. Refunds are typically processed within 2-3 business days from the time received.
- Returns are processed within 2-3 business days once item is received by our warehouse and inspected by our qualified staff.
- Return Authorization (RA) Numbers are valid for 30 days. Items must be received within that grace period.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to Krakenpop for refunds and exchanges.
- Krakenpop does not refund outbound or return shipping charges.
- If a package/order is refused by customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred. Additional shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount.
